Dear Families, I have been looking forward to starting at Eudora, and the day has finally come. Eudora Preschool has a long-standing reputation for excellence in early childhood education, and I feel honored to join this preschool once again. I have much to learn about the preschool and the children, and I am eager to meet you all. Plans for Eudora: I am excited to continue Eudora Preschool’s tradition of nurturing and inspiring children as they grow and develop. Together, we will build on the excellent work already being done here, and I look forward to introducing new opportunities that further enhance the children’s learning experiences. Communication: I value open communication and collaboration with families. I have already met some of you this morning and look forward to meeting the rest of you. My background includes over 12 years of experience in early childhood education and 8 years in school management. This experience, combined with my administrative skills, has shaped my leadership style, which focuses on collaboration, safety, and child creativity. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures. You’ll often find me trying a new dish or reading during the weekends. Collaboration is the cornerstone of how I work with both children and staff. Together, we create an environment that fosters curiosity, safety, and joy. Ensuring that every child feels secure and supported in their development is one of my top priorities.

Jag heter Bhu Dhondup och är legitimerat förskollärare. Som person är jag positiv, stresstålig, målinriktad, empatisk och självständig. Min stora passion är att spela gitarr, sjunga och dansa och jag kan ägna hur många timmar som helst på fritiden med gitarr i handen. Jag är gift med 2 barn och bor i Stockholm. Familjens främsta intresse är fjällvandring.

Jag arbetar sedan sex år som pedagog inom förskolans verksamhet och har hög kompetens om att jobba med förskolebarn med fokus på kvalitet.

Jag som personlig tror på en holistisk uppfostrande av barn. Allt har sagts och skrivits för att våra barn ska få den bästa behandlingen. Oavsett vilket fokus vi har på barn, oavsett om det är här och nu eller framtidsperspektivet, är det riskabelt i alla avseenden att arbeta endast med ett perspektiv. Att ha en holistisk utveckling innebär att barn kan njuta av sitt liv här och nu i förskolan och samtidigt ha möjlighet att förbereda sig för sitt kommande framtida liv som inte kommer att vara lätt alls. Jag ser båda perspektivet som kompletterande av varandra. Det är därför viktigt att ge både lek och lärande betydelse när det kommer till genomförande nivå i förskolan.

Hej! Jag heter Mary Carlsson och är gift med Berny Carlsson. Både jag och min manär födda och uppvuxna i Sydafrika. Vi flyttade till Sverige 1991 och trivs väldigt bra iNorden. Tillsammans har vi tre underbara barn. De som känner mig brukar beskrivamig som en mångsidig, glad och utåtriktad person som får energi genom att umgåsmed andra. Jag älskar också att pyssla, måla och sy handdockor. Fritiden tillbringar jagmed familjen och vänner.

Jag utbildade mig till förskollärare i England och har alltid tyckt om att arbeta medbarn i olika åldrar. Jag började min karriär på Gustaf Vasa församling i Stockholmsom förskollärare inom barnverksamheten. Jag har jobbat inom förskola sedan 2001som barnskötare, förskollärare och förskolechef. Jag har under mina år somförskollärare hjälpt att starta upp och driva två förskolor där jag bl.a. haft ansvar för attverksamheten planeras, följs upp och utvärderas kontinuerligt. Jag har vidareutbildadmig till rektor och fått min svenska förskollärarlegitimation på Stockholms Universitetsom hjälper mig att kunna leda och styra vår verksamhet mot högre måluppfyllelse.

Våra barn är det viktigaste vi har och ska erbjudas en trygg omsorg och miljö där dekan utvecklas till att bli världsmedborgare. Vi vet också att alla barn föds medförmågor och kompetenser och lär sig hela tiden; de är i ständig utveckling. Därför villvi ta tillvara och stimulera barnens nyfikenhet till lärande. Till hjälp behöver de entillåtande och utmanande miljö där de kan uttrycka sig på många olika sätt. Det är ävenviktigt att barnen får möjlighet att hjälpa och lära av varandra. Vår uppgift sompedagoger är att skapa denna miljö. Vi vill anpassa förskolans olika rum utifrånbarnens behov och intressen. Barnen behöver också vuxna som möter dem medrespekt. Alla barn är olika och vi bemöter varje barn individuellt. Vi är inte rädda förolikheter utan ser dem som en tillgång. Vi vill lyfta fram positiva beteenden ochberömmer barnen när de gör bra saker och visar vilja att hjälpa andra. Vår förhoppningär att genom vårt förhållningssätt ge barnen självkänsla, tillit till vuxna och en trygggrund för fortsättningen i livet.

My name is Maximilla Ambani, and I have a Kenyan background. I enjoy meeting new people, building meaningful relationships, and learning about different cultures. I am outgoing, enjoy spontaneous adventures, and value spending time with others. I also have a passion for sports, especially ball games.

I hold a Diploma in Information Technology and a Diploma in Food and Kitchen Management. I have several years of experience working with children in organisations, private families, and preschools, caring for children between the ages of 1 and 12.

I have completed the Nursery Nurse Diploma (Barn- och fritidsprogrammet) and am a certified preschool teacher (Legitimerad Förskollärare). My education has equipped me with strong knowledge of child development, play-based learning, and inclusive teaching practices. With a focus on intercultural perspectives in early childhood education, I am committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where every child can learn, develop, and thrive.

My name is Irene Fernández and I come from Murcia,Spain. I moved to Stockholm in 2024 to continue growing both personally and professionally while experiencing a new culture. I enjoy working in multicultural environments and meeting people from different backgrounds. In my free time, I love traveling, painting, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Murcia, Spain, qualifying me to work with children from 0 to 6 years of age. Before becoming a preschool teacher in Sweden, I worked as an Au Pair, where I gained valuable experience supporting children's daily routines, emotional development, and language learning.For the past two years, I have been working in international preschools in Stockholm, supporting children's learning through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships.

I have also completed internships in several preschools in Spain and participated in international educational experiences in Canada, the United States, and Slovenia. These opportunities have strengthened my understanding of different educational approaches, enhanced my adaptability, and reinforced my passion for creating inclusive learning environments where every child feels safe, respected, and encouraged to grow.

My name is Rozaan and I come from South Africa. I am a positive and caring person who enjoys building meaningful relationships with the children I work with. I am also a mother, and becoming a parent has given me another perspective on children’s development. Seeing the world through my son’s eyes has taught me even more about the importance of giving children time, encouragement and opportunities to grow into confident and independent individuals.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Foundation Phase Education from South Africa. Before moving to Sweden, I worked as a Grade 1 teacher for three years, teaching languages (Afrikaans, English and isiXhosa), mathematics, Life Skills and Creative Arts through fun, engaging and play-based activities. For the past three years, I have been working at Eudora International Preschool, mainly with children aged 4–5. Working with the Swedish preschool curriculum has given me the opportunity to continue developing as a teacher while supporting children’s learning through play, exploration and everyday experiences.

I believe that every child is unique and develops in their own way and at their own pace. For me, it is important to create a warm and safe environment where children feel seen, valued and confident to be themselves. I want children to be curious, explore, ask questions and, most importantly, have fun while learning.

What I value most about working in preschool is being part of the children’s development and seeing them grow, both as individuals and as part of a group. I also believe that we as educators are constantly learning alongside the children. Being able to support, encourage and grow together with them is what makes working with children so meaningful to me.

Hi! I’m Aireen, a 25-year-old mom of two from the Philippines, now living in Sweden. I moved here in 2025 to join my husband, who came in 2023. Adapting to a new language and culture has been a big adjustment, but it’s been an amazing journey of personal growth. When I’m free, I like spending quality time with my kids while they’re still little, you’ll usually find me baking—nothing brings me more joy than sharing homemade treats and seeing people enjoy them.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a full year of hands-on teaching internship experience. Beyond creating fun, interactive activities, I routinely stepped up to lead the classroom and focused heavily on supporting children’s social-emotional growth—helping them build confidence, navigate their feelings, and learn together.

I see every child as a capable, unique, and curious individual who deserves to be heard, valued, and respected. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, secure, and supported. My role is to create a stimulating and inclusive environment where each child is encouraged to explore, discover, and learn at their own pace. My name is Grace Sin, was born in Singapore and educated in Australia. My firstlanguage is English and second is language is Mandarin (Chinese). I received myBachelor degree in early years’ education at Monash University in Melbourne Australia.In Singapore, I also attained a Preschool Diploma in Teaching and Leadership. Duringmy free-time I love to scuba dive and the ocean is my playground. I enjoy playing golf andexercising too. I moved to Sweden in August 2020 to be with my partner. I am thrilled andexcited for my future in Sweden.

I am an early year’s educator with over 20 years’ experience. I started as an early year’seducator teaching children aged 2 to 6 years old. After 5 years of teaching, I becameSenior Teacher for a year, followed by the position of Principal at the same preschool inSingapore. During the 7 years as Principal I was also involved in teachers training as wellas starting up preschools in Singapore, Malaysia, India and China. During that time, Ifocused mainly on teaching and management of preschools during. I was awarded astudy trip to Reggio Emilia in Italy and a NAEYC Conference in Georgia (Teachers’conference), Atlanta. I was later relocated to Malaysia as Country Manager to manageand setup early years’ enrichment schools for 3 years followed by 2 years in Singaporewhich provided me the opportunity to learn more about the business aspect of early years’education. Later I accepted the position as Foreign Principal in Beijing, China in a bilingualinternational preschool for a year. My main role was to setup the preschool and train theteachers. Prior to moving to Sweden I worked in Singapore as Principal of a large bilingualpreschool organization. Throughout my career I have wonderful and rich experiences andhave learnt a lot working with children and Pedagogues.

My view on children is that they are central to their own learning and that they are able topursue their own interests and revisit and build upon ideas at their pace. Children arestrong, capable, and resilient, powerful with wonder and knowledge. To me, no twochildren are alike. They, like us, will develop according to their personality and disposition,and how the world would treat them. Their experiences will shape them just as ours haveshaped us. As adults and educators our job is to put aside our own pre-conceived ideasand perceptions of who they are or who we want them to be and see the world throughtheir eyes. If we view children's lives as landscapes that change with the time, we will have the patience to wait and watch how our guidance and influence affects their lives. Iam looking forward to playing a part in the education of the children at EudoraInternational Preschool and helping the children develop into global citizens.

Personal: Hello, my name is Marta, and I come from Poland. I come from a small town called Teresin, which is located near Warsaw and the Kampinos National Park. It perfectly combines modernity and tradition, providing me with the opportunity to constantly commune with nature. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors—walking, cycling, and sightseeing. I am very active. I received my Bachelor's degree in English Philology with a specialization in teaching English, and a Master's degree in pre-school and early childhood education teaching at Wszechnica Polska University in Poland (Warsaw).

Experience: Immediately after completing high school, I relocated to Ireland and resided in Dublin for approximately 5 years. Throughout this period, I provided babysitting services for a Polish-Irish family with 2 children, contributing to the advancement of my language skills. Additionally, I possess 6 years of experience working in international preschools in Poland, coupled with 10 years of tutoring individuals across various age groups. I actively participated in co-creating a teaching program designed for bilingual children, wherein my responsibilities included adapting English language content to suit the specific needs of the children. Furthermore, I have also successfully completed numerous specialized courses related to teaching and supporting child development.

Child's Perspective I believe young children are naturally focused on themselves and their immediate world, primarily centered around family and home. It's crucial to recognize that each child is a unique individual with distinct interests, backgrounds, and developmental stages. As a teacher, I employ a variety of methods to engage children, ensuring that no one is left behind. Every child deserves equal attention, respect, guidance, advice, and examples to foster their complete development within a secure environment. Hello, My name is Mamatha and i come from the silicon city, Bangalore, India. I moved to Stockholm in 2019 along with my family and I have learnt and connected myself to new cultures, creative inspiration and meaningful human experience helping me grow both personally and artistically. In my free time, I focus on textile design, fabric-painting. My passion lies in pattern making and stitching as I enjoy precision, patience and craftsmanship.  I also love to travel.

I am a fashion designer and my role is a Senior Pattern Maker and I worked as a sewing teacher, guiding children and beginners in creative handcraft projects and practical skills in India. I have professional experience in childcare and creative education. I worked as a nanny in the United States, where I was responsible for the child's daily care, routines, meals, and structured play and learning activities. This role gave me strong hands-on experience in supporting children’s needs and maintaining a safe, stable environment.

In 2021, I studied the barn- och fritids programmet. Since 2023, I have been working as a barnskötare, where I support children’s development, daily routines, and group activities and contribute to a positive and secure learning environment.

My name is Trupti Bargal born and brought up in India. We moved to Stockholm. in 2014. My husband and I have two children. I am sincere and pretty calm by nature love. I love to read books, travel, try new things and cook different food dishes.

I completed a Barn- och fritidsprogrammet (Nursery/Child Care Diploma) after moving to Sweden, driven by a desire to spend more time with children and help them discover new things. I currently work at Eudora International Preschool, where I focus on nurturing children's curiosity and supporting their early learning and development. It is a joy to help mould young children for the future.
